A Philosophy

Put those two quotes together and you get one great life philosophy!

It took me years to finally understand the concept. In the process, I made changes in and to my life, I lost nearly 150 lbs, I now walk several miles each week, and I’m happier than I’ve been in a very long time. I continue to work on my goal of being an overall healthier ME. I want to lose more weight, I want to walk further than the current 3 miles at a time, and I want to really enjoy my life each and every day I wake up.

  • Do you want to be healthier, but don’t know where to start?
  • Are you looking at losing 50 lbs, or even 100 lbs?
  • Are you acquainted with depression?
  • Have you been afraid of failing at yet another diet?
  • Do you want to exercise, but can’t leave your house?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, know you are not alone. I’ve been at each of those four (five) places. I’ve said yes to all of those questions, and still say yes to at least two. I don’t profess to have answers to all questions, but I do know a bit about coming back to life from deep dark holes. I want to help YOU find YOUR LIFE!
