Hi, Everyone!

This last year has been rather crazy for me. Getting the everyday life back on track and creating my new world of living single again has been rather trying. I’ve mostly kept it to myself, not wanting to burden others. (Hello, Asian upbringing.) But hopefully aspects of life are coalescing, and the fog is finally lifting.

I expect you will begin hearing from me again here on the blog soon. Just a few highlights for those interested.

  • I am submitting several recipes to Instant Pot for addition to their new App. (Cross your fingers.)
  • I am developing a new look for the website.
  • I am hoping for some significant changes in circumstance. (Again, cross your fingers.)
